- 0,75 dl rolled oats
- 1,25 dl plain low-fat yogurt
- 1,25 dl fat-free milk
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a blender, combine oats, yogurt, banana, fat-free milk, honey, and cinnamon; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
