Banana-Oat Smoothie

  • 0,75 dl rolled oats
  • 1,25 dl plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1,25 dl fat-free milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a blender, combine oats, yogurt, banana, fat-free milk, honey, and cinnamon; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
