- 4 large, very ripe bananas

- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1,2 dl raisins
- 1,2 dl chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts or pecans)

175 degrees, 30-40 mins.

- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a blender, combine oats, yogurt, banana, fat-free milk, honey, and cinnamon; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
